The listed investment company JZZ Technologies, of New York, has acquired Senior Lifestyle Media, of Long Island, New York. Senior Lifestyle Media publishes the Active Lifestyle and Family Caregiver magazines, along with other services for the 55+ demographic. The deal complements JZZ’s new membership venture AxiSenior which will offer products, services, incentives and discounts to senior audiences.
