The TV and film producter Skydance Media has acquired Ilion Studios, a Spanish animation company, to form Skydance Animation Madrid. The privately-owned Skydance was established in 2010 by David Ellison. Its best-known product includes Grace & Frankie for Netflix. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
