Baltic Classifieds Group, a Lithuania-based online classified advertising operator, has agreed the purchase of automotive classified website auto24 from Estonian private equity company BaltCap.
The business was founded by CEO Mergus Tomberg and operates itsauto24.ee, Autoleht and Motors24 brands covering automotive classifieds, more general classified and motor vehicle video. Baltic Classifieds Group operates online platforms across the Balkans in five key markets comprising automotive, real estate, jobs, general classified and ecommerce. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
