Law Business Research Ltd (owned by Levine Leichtman Capital Partners) has partnered with management to acquire the UK-based Globe Business Media Group, a provider of business intelligence on international law and IP. Globe’s flagship platform, Lexology targets in-house lawyers. The 22-year-old LBR claims over 2,500 institutional clients from more than 100 countries. In 2016, it had revenues/profit of £18m/£5.6m.
