Brandwatch, of Brighton in the UK, claims to be the world’s leading social intelligence company whose teams build software solutions for hundreds of businesses including Unilever, Whirlpool, British Airways, Walmart and Dell. The Boston, US-based Crimson Hexagon “helps global brands better understand their consumers”. Its AI-powered platform allows clients (including Anheuser-Busch, Adidqas and Twitter) to analyze audiences, track brand perception and campaign performance, and detect competitive and market trends. The merged business will be known as Brandwatch.
